Sticky Bar
A slim bar at the top or bottom of every page keeps the goal in sight. Shoppers can close it, and the choice is remembered in their browser.
Product Page and Shop Notes
"Add this to your cart to unlock free shipping!" appears on the products that would get the shopper over the line, and only then.
Visibility Rules
Show the meter only to the roles you choose, limit product notes to certain categories, and hide the bar on pages where it doesn’t belong.
Second Milestone
Once free shipping is unlocked, keep the meter going toward a free gift or a second goal, with its own messages.
